Training-  All Immaculate agents and account managers are trained on proper cleaning procedures to have consistent communications and understanding of what true immaculate service is. Additionally, all new cleaning agents are paired with experienced agents until they pass a service assessment.

Technology- Through the assistance of technology, Immaculate always uses the most innovative resources and software to improve and maintain consistent efficiency, and effectiveness.

Inspections- All jobs are inspected daily, weekly or biweekly depending on service frequency. All new agents are inspected daily. There is no tolerance for cutting corners or safety negligence.

Daily Communication- All agents are provided with an itemized task list for each account and are required to electronically submit the completed list with any notes or suggestions at the end of the day. All clients are provided with their account direct managers information to facilitate clear communication. All feedback is highly encouraged.
